View all 19 scenes →A useful stock-media library should help you make a better creative decision, not simply give you more files. Before downloading, start with the purpose of your project. Decide whether you need an establishing shot, a character moment, a transition, a visual metaphor or a clean background. Search by idea as well as by subject.
For a short story, arrange clips into three parts: setup, change and resolution. The opening should explain where we are and who is involved. The middle introduces a problem or decision. The ending shows the result. This structure works for educational videos, short-form social content, presentations and narrated stories.
When combining multiple clips, pay attention to framing, direction, color and pacing. Similar visual style makes a sequence feel intentional. Use short cuts for action and slightly longer shots for emotional moments. If you add music, make sure you have permission to use the audio too.
